What is your cancellation/refund policy?

Cancellations can be requested via email/phone. Cancellations made 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made in any time less than 24 hours of your appointment are eligible for 25% refund. No call no show appointments are not eligible for refunds but may reschedule. Reschedule fees apply. If appointments are rescheduled 24 hours in advance, there is no charge. If appointments are rescheduled in any time less than 24 hours of the originally scheduled appointment, a fee of 50% of the total appointment cost will apply. Larger sessions (Team Building) require a deposit that is non refundable, but comes off the price of the session.

What to wear to Break The Psycle?

Closed toe shoes are a must. Clothes that cover the skin are also preferred. Safety equipment is provided (eye protection & gloves).

Can pregnant women participate?

We recommend consulting your doctor first. Also have to be aware of slipping and falling due to broken items/ glass. We do not recommend sessions longer than 10 minutes.
